Zenjob

Picked up React and React Native from scratch to lead this rebuild of two long-diverging native apps, whose feature behavior existed mostly as tribal knowledge: years of patches with no product log or documentation had left plenty of behavior nobody could fully explain anymore. Also acted as de facto PM alongside the engineering work, aligning design, marketing, product, and engineering stakeholders, and built Zenjob's first company-wide design system in parallel with the app.

Co-led the first two months of the six-month build, then took over as sole lead for the remaining four. Shipped a month late as scope grew with newly surfaced feature requirements, but retired both legacy apps for good, turning what had been a bottleneck for shipping product features into an enabler for the company.
